The food contamination with materials or appliances that may occur in the production process is a high concern situation as it represents risks to the consumer's health and may affect the manufacturer reputation, causing high financial losses and undesirable food recall.

To reduce these risks, Cromex brings to the market a line of Detectable Colored Masterbatch, that makes the plastics detectable in X-Rays and magnetic detectors.

The colors have na additive with diamagnetic tracer features in their composition, allowing metal detectors and X-Ray equipment already implemented in the manufacturing line to identify the polymer.
